Is this legal? I worry later they claim i didnt come to work. He only say verbally and witness by my boss.

You have to come to work. If they don't want to come to work, they must pay you 3 months salary immediately for you to do so.

Hi mr siew,
I already went to work but they wont let me in. So i haveto wait outside all day. Later they said no need to come and they will pay my salary. Is this legal practice?

It is legal if they pay up 3 months salary. They said they would pay but when? I think you better make a complaint at the Labour Office. If the Labour Office cannot take up your case because your salary is over RM1500, you may consider getting a lawyer to write them a letter demanding immediate payment. The lawyer will know what to do.
