Dear Sir/ Madam,

one of the confirm staff just tender a24 hours notice of resignation letter and he disappear for this month. He suppose give company 1 month notice or he pay 1 month to the company, But he did not. What should we do on this issue?

If the staff is covered by the Employment Act you can make a complaint at the Labour Department. It not covered, you can sue him in court if you want.
