A staff is absent for 2 consecutive working days w/o prior leave or attempt to contact the employer. - can I dismiss her? - strong case?
if she come to work on the 3rd day with MC is it acceptable? or can I still dismiss her?
If dismiss her --- is it to issue her the dismissal letter immediately or can I send her back first and collect the letter of dismissal letter later cos' my HR director is on leave (overseas), I need to get the GM to sign the dismissal letter.
