Re: Final warning

I would like to ask. If company send me a final warning and terminate my service with immediate effect and without any compensation. Are this is according Malaysia Labour Laws? My monthly salary is Rm1,350.

Thanks you.

The thing is, if you are not satisfied with the decision of the employer, you have the right to complain to the Labour Department or the Industrial Relations Department. Let them look into the matter for you.

according labour law, can the employer terminate my serive with immediate effect and no compensation will given due to 3rd warning? I though the company should give me 1 month notice or 1 month payment in liue if thier did not give me enough notice?

That's why you should complain and let the authority decide.
