Contractual Bonus is our deferred salary. But my company only use the basic salary (Not include the deferred salary) for the calculation of increment.

Would like to check whether the CONTRACTUAL BONUS (deferred salary) should included for the calculation for the salary increment in Malaysian Labour Law?

Since your company use the word "bonus", then it should not included for the calculation increment.

If you are not satisfied with it, go to your hr department and fight for your right (In proper manner).
