Re: termination on probation period

Can an employer terminate the service of those under probation without prior notices on the ground of poor performance, misconduct, lacks the necessary aptitude or skill required in the position?

The employer has the right do that but at the same time the employee also has the right to complaint. In order to do it right, better for the employer to conduct a DI first especially for misconduct case, before dismissing the workers.
