Mr Siew:

I canít find any information about handling employee lateness. Is it lawful to implement following disciplinary actions for employee lateness?

- Coming in after 9am three (3) times, a warning letter will follow.
- Disciplinary action, such as dismissal will take place after three (3) warning letter issued.

You can implement any policies as long your employee is agree with it.
