Hi. Appreciate your advice on below.

If an employee who is serving her 1 month resignation notice, can she still apply unpaid MC (If she has utilised all her 14 days MC already)? She is currently pregnant and the MC is due to pregnancy problem. As an employer, can they take any action on this?

Since it is unpaid, then just deduct the employee salary. Since she already tender her resignation, just close 1 eye and deduct the salary enough, no need do extra action.
