I have a staff who recently frequently absent i.e 3 days (not consecutive) since last week. Can we terminate his service?

Do i need to issue show cause letter, hold DI for such case?

You need to hold a DI for the staff and see he got any reason / proof show that the absent is needed or not. If reason valid or got proof show he need take off, then no action to be taken. If not, then just issues a warning letter. If still no improvement then only go for termination.
