Re: Termination of director

Can the share holders terminate the Managing Director who also hold the largest share percentage? The MD hold less than 50% of shares but is the biggest shareholder and has since work in the firm for more than 10 years. He has do nothing wrong to deserve it. Just that the shareholders want to kick him out.

To terminate a MD, the board of director need to hold a meeting whereby all the shareholder will vote whether the termination is necessary or not. If more than 50% of the share say "yes" then it will lead to termination of the MD.
