Electronic company, 5working days /week, total working day: 21 days /mth

BAsic: RM500

I need to know the calculation method of unpaid leave

Basic / 21 (500/21) is correct or not? (current using method)

I heard somebody using 26 or 30 day...

For unpaid, use 26 days to count.
If you want to treat the employee better than divide by 30.

Only unpaid leave is can deduct. Other leave is paid leave.
