My office admin executive has stolen office stocks items . He already admit it, could we terminate his employment immediately 24hrs ?

If you asked me, I think using self-incrimination as a ground to dismiss an employee is not advisable. Best that you suspend him and hold a domestic inquiry first and mete out the appropriate punishment. However, in some situation, an employee might be willing to resign on his own accord to avoid from being sacked, a stigma not good for his future career.

Already hold a domestic inquiry , he willing to return the items . To suspend him and work out the punishment (could it be change into probation staff again?)

Then there shouldn't be much of a problem. Just be guided by Section 14 of the Employment Act and make whatever decision you deem fit.
