I'm working in 12 years as position of Marketing Executive in the company. But my company be inform me that he will dismissal me on this end mth due to the business drop. As last year we had 3 colleague also been dismissal with paying in basic/26 days x 15 days(per year) x number of year working. So, may I know is it correct and fair of paying for me too ?
The layoff regulation says "Daily wage" x 20 days x number of years of service. How is "Daily wage" calculated? Specifically, does it include the 13th month contractual bonus? How many days is used - 26*12 or 365 days?
