Need clarification, if our HQ based in Selangor, can i set the 10 PH entitled by my staffs even in outstation such as Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and etc according to Selangor Public Holiday.

Exp. PH for Selangor sultan birthday will be entitled to all staffs even they are based in Melacca.... but when Melacca Governor's birthday they are not enetiled anymore.

The Employment Act says employees must be given at least 10 public holidays per year. As long as they are given no less than their entitlement, I think you can fix the holidays based on the holidays in whatever states the employees are working.

If company didn't pay or give any public holiday during " probation", which mean that employee will deducted salary " public holiday" when u are still under probation? Can I know whether in labour Law have this such of thing? Which section?

And can have company
