Re: How to calculate Sick Leave for Contract Worker

He is contract worker, recently hospital give him one month medical leave (05-04-2011 till 04-5-2011) from hospital, 05-04-2011 till 11-04-2011 was his hospitalozation.

As per contract only 14 days medical leave and 60 days hospitalization.

His still have 5 days annual leave, so how many unpaid leave should him paid for company.

Just total up the sick leave, hospitalisation and minus it from his entitlement. The rest may be considered as annual leave and no pay leave.

Hi, KL Siew,
Thank for reply but then the concern is the the M.C is a month, is it when we calculate that also included restday? or calculate he need to paid up the balance without take-in restday?
