Pls advice whether my calculation is right or not.
-Tender on 7/3/2011 (gross salary=RM2500)
-3 months notice required (should be until 6/6/2011)
-Total leave=leave b/f=11.0 days + current year (1/1/2011 to 6/3/2011) 3.0days = 14.0day
After deduct the 14days leave, last working day should be falls on 16/5/2011 ?
He will work until end of April, so short notice of 10 working days. The notice in lieu should be pay back to company = RM2500 x 10 working days / 31 calendar days = RM806.45 ?
