My case is like that, now want resign my boss say if i worked 10 yrs n Salary RM2K+ is automatic will b exe. level n must give them 3 mths notice not 1 mth (actually i not yet r'cd any Black & White letter n offer letter) izit possible i must give them 3 mths notice.

Any document like company handbook about that? If there is none, I think you will have to talk it over with your boss about the notice period.

You are not covered by the Employment Act as your salary is more than RM1500.

that mean i jz can fihgt with them without labour law since that my company never give me confirmation letter, employee terms & condition letter ....(mean i nv sign any letter from them , n they oso nv give me letter)

No need to fight I suppose after working there for so long. Since there is nothing in writing, why not use Section 12the Employment Act as a guide and give 8 weeks or 2 months notice?

thx for ur advise.. because i oledi r'cd another employer offer n i think that i jz give 1 mths notice but yesterday they told me must give them 3 mths b4 that i duno got this kind of condition .. so.. mean i must to buy myself paid them 1 mth salary??

Since nothing is sure about the actual notice period, I leave it to you to decide what you think is best for yourself.
