Re: complete new functions
Can the company transfer and force the staff to accept a complete new functions and replace him with a new hirer ? Especially it was evidenced that he has been high performer in the past years appraisal in the current role. What should I do now ?
I suppose the employer has the right to deploy his staff to where he can fulfill the needs of the company. I think it is a good thing to move around to learn more.
