Re: OT Capping

Understand for those manual labour, there should not be OT capping for OT computation.

If for office staff, OT computation will base on salary capping of RM1500 even though the staff earning more than RM1500.

Is there any such clause in labour law? Or where can i find such clause?

Is storekeeper categorize under manual labour?

You can't such a clause but there are such practices of capping. As for storekeeper, you have to consult the Labour Department with more details about the storekeeper's nature of work. To my understanding, if the storekeeper's work is of clerical nature involving record keeping, he is not of the manual labour category..
