Re: confirmation for staff
My company had employed about 11 staffs in april 2010 and they all provided a LO for a probabtion of 6 mths. But after the expiration of 6 mths, they were not give the confirmation letter until today almost 1 yr service with the company.
How are we HR treat their employement when considering their welfare and resignation, Shall treat them same as confirmed staff or still under probabtion? Can company refuse to give probabtion after it expiration?
