Would want to check is there any retirement benefit under labour law which company have to pay for employee who resign after retirement age > 55yrs old??
There is no provision for retirement benefit under the EA.
If the employee has reach the age of 55 years and that is the maximum working age for an employee. Obviously the employer would want to terminate his services. What is the liabilty of the employer?
