Recently my company put up a notice for retirement age at 55. And those above the age are consider contractual basis which subject to yearly renewal.

Im in charged of drafting the contract, could you please advise how to imply a reasonable contract and still govern by the labour law?

I suggest you consult and get advice from the Labour Office and such a notice could cause confusion among the employees.
