i work on 5 days week. i have tendered resignation on 1-3-2011 by giving 1 month notice and mentioned that my last day is on 24-3-2011 after off-set unutilised annual leave of 5 days instead of 31-3-2011. can my employer refuse the off-set arrangement?
my employer send an email [instead of official letter] stating the company doesn't allow off-set and need to work for full 1 month. a. can i ignore the email and leave the company on 24-3-2011? b. can the employer impose such condition?
