Re: Fixed-Term Employment of Contact

May I check with you on my Fixed term Employment of Contract with the following conditions:

I entitle to 12 days annual leave. is that inline with labour law?;
Sick leave and medical benefits also 12 days. is that inline with labour law?;
Company will bear normal costs of medical treatment up to maximum of RM1000. (Permanent staff entitle to RM2000). It that fair to me?
Contract of employment will be terminated upon expiry of the contract. Notice of termination, either party may terminate the contract by 2 weeks writing notice only or 2 weeks salary in lieu of notice. This inline with employment law?

If your salary is not more than RM1500, I suggest you read up the relevant rules to compare. If you are not covered by the EA(salary more than RM1500), those terms mentioned by you are OK.

KKK, you better approach the Industrial Relations Department for advice. Do it within 60 days from date of termination.
