Re: Annual Leave

Dear KL Siew,
In my offer letter, it says:
Leave can only be taken after the probationary period, however confirmed employees after probation will be entitled to pro-rata annual leave.

I have tendered my resignation letter and worked more than 5 months of the probation period, with pro-rata calculation I have 5days annual leave which are not taken during probation period.

May I know whether company need to return me as cash?

Try to take your leave before you go. They may not want to pay cash for it.

They don't allow me to take leave during probation period, only unpaid leave is allowed.
I mean this 5 days annual leave, are they should pay back in my final pay?
