In my offer letter, it says:
Leave can only be taken after the probationary period, however confirmed employees after probation will be entitled to pro-rata annual leave.
I have tendered my resignation letter and worked more than 5 months of the probation period, with pro-rata calculation I have 5days annual leave which are not taken during probation period.
May I know whether company need to return me as cash?
