Re: compensation

Dear Sir,

I've just resigned from my previous company and the company actually bonded every employee for 1 year that want to work with them. After resigned, i need to pay them sum of 3 months salary as compensation. I just work with them for about two weeks. Are it is approve by law that a company can easily bonded their staff just because they dont want their staff easily come and go in their company. Do i have to pay the 3 months salary for the compensation?

Thank you.

I don't know, that is what the contract says, isn't it. Consult a lawyer.
