An employee left without proper procedure including sending in his Resignation letter. What shall employer do against him?

The employer can complain to the Labour Office and make a claim against him.

1. If employer did not sign any offer/confirmation letter with him, is employer still can take action against him/them? Can EPF or Socso slip be the proof of their working attendance?

2. Any documents required by labour office?

3. What is the procedure like?
