Hi, We have a manager (sal >5K). He probation was extended 2 times although he has joined us for a year. Now the company will like to terminate his service since no improvement shown. Can he launch a report against us ? What to make sure the company are not in fault ?

We have also serve him a few warning letter and email from our GM.

You do what you have to do if you think you have good reasons to do so. However, that staff can still complain if he thinks the termination is unfair.
