Hi Siew,

Would like to check with you, one of my staff tendered his resignation letter. after calculated his notice, his last working day should be on 28 Feb. He applied unpaid leave on 28 Feb 2011 and the leave has been approved by the superior. My question is whether he still need to compensate one day notice in lieu since his last working day was on 27 Feb?
