Re: 7 days Sick Leave
Can the employer write in the Employment contract that the emloyee is entitled for 7 days sick leave per year only instead of giving 14 days sick leave if employee's earning is more than RM1.5k (not categorised under Employment Act)?
Since they don't come under the EA, that clause may be valid but the employer may find it difficult to find people to work for him.
