Re: Construtive Dismissal

Working at current position for 3 years and has been with the company for 10 years. With good performance tracking record particularly for the past two years in the current position. Suddenly been informed as not fit to the postion and given an option to take up a complete new role with lower grade ( but can keep my personal grade). The best part is the company is hiring a new replacements with higher grade. What should I do now? Can I file constructive dismissal ? What evidence do I need to proof for the claim ?

If you have already got it in writing, I would suggest you go to the Industrial Relations Department to get more advice especially when you are thinking of constructive dismissal.
