A staff did not come to work since 17th Feb. HOD just informed to HR on 24th, an termination letter under 15(2) already sent to him on 24th.
Salary for him is to be paid up to 16th Feb, right?
If you think he has broken his contract of service, you may as well don't pay him at all.
