My salary is above 2500 and my probation period is 6 months. The company extended my probation period on 1st December 2010 for another 3 months.

But one month later 1st January , the company terminate me and give me one month notice pay (February). Is that right that i can claim for the full salary on the extension which suppose to end on February?

If the agreed notice period is month, then giving you one month notice pay is correct and not up to end of Feb.
