a) In an appointment letter, if a monthly paid employee (26 days calculation) also have been fixed with daily OT of 2 hours, then his monthly OT would be 52 hours right? (2x26days).

b) In a particular month, if there are public holidays and the employee not require to work, then he also don't have the OT. The amount of OT should be deducted from the total 52 hours or calculated from the hours of OT he actually worked?

Of course it is 2 hours x number of days actually worked.
