Re: New staff's medical claim

Is it wrong if a new staff claim all the medical leave (14days) within the probation period? Or it just can claim by purate? Eg: 3 mths work : 14/12*3 = 3 days??

If that new staff is covered by the Employment Act, he is entitled to 14 days paid sick leave per calendar year. If that new staff's salary is over RM1500, the company may do it their way.
