Dear sir, we just found that we did not pay senior manager the bonus which paid in Jan2010. All government deductions (Tax, EPF) has been paid but the nett bonus amount did not pay to him. He might also overlooked it and until now he should still not realised of this payment. We plan to pay him this month the nett amount. My question:
If he found so, he might make complaint to the Management due to HR made such mistake of not paying him the bonus. Will this HR subject to any Disciplinary action, i.e. warning letter or termination due to the above mentioned mistake?
What is the appropriate disciplinary action should be applied on the HR?
