Re: query regarding probation period and confirmation

i have started to work on 5th july 2010, and have been given an offer letter which states that the probationary period is 3 months and now i am working here for already 6 months, no confirmation letter given to me but i did receive salary increment on the 4th month, does it mean i am confirmed?and the question is, in my offer letter its written ''upon confirmation, staff have to give 3 months notice to resign'', so now im in dilemma, am i suppose to give 3 months notice or not?i am yet to receive any letter black and white from the company. plz advice me...thank you very much.

I would let you read something about probation Alternatively, just give the notice required before confirmation and see what will happen.
