workers who took MC during their 3 months probation period, can they claim that MC after confirmation (after 3 months)?

OR

MC taken during the probation period will be unpaid even after confirmation?

If the employee is covered by the EA (salary not more than RM1500) then sick leave entitlement began as soon as his joined the company.

but Act didn't say need to pay for medical fees...so u can accept the sick leave but no need to pay/reimburse the bill
