Our company had employ contract worker for the post of Marketing Manager, is it compulsory we must provide him the benefit of Annual leave, Medical leave, Medical claim ? His salary is above RM 1500.00. If the contract is within 1 year, but company not satisfy with his performance , can we early terminate him according to the terms as mentioned in the appointment letter ?

All terms and conditions like annual leave, sick leave and all other benefits including provision for termination of service should be clearly stated in the contract. Had you done that, you would not have to ask these questions and you just go according to the contract. If nothing is mentioned, then I would be just as much in the dark as you are.
