Re: MC Entitlement
Do we have to state in writing in the staff appointment letter the MC entitlement like 14 days below 2 years, 18 days between 2-5 years etc?
We have a standard company terms of employment where we only state 14 days MC and 60 days with hospitalization. Is that ok?
That's NOT ok? Minimum requirement 18 days between 2-<5 years, 22 days 5^.
If for the employee's salary is above RM 1500, they should follow the company terms of employment, right?
