Hi Sir,

Recently, my company recruited a staff and the staff on board on 6 December 2010. Today, the manager found that the staff is actually pregnant. if the communication was done that the staff was pregnant, the company will not hire her due to the workload here is very high. In this case, can you advice what can we do?
