Re: taking leave more than entitlement

hi,
would like to ask:

can a staff apply for a long leave where more than his own entitlement?for example :
Entitlement : 12 days
apply for :18 days

but he did mentioned the other 6 days extra to deduct his salary (unpaid leave).

Employee may apply, but it's up to the employer whether want to approve it or not. If the employer did not want to approve it, then you'll be in big trouble.

Big trouble if you still insist to leave the office without permission.
