My working hours is 9.30am to 7pm. AFter working hours, my company still request me to standby for clients. This morning 3am, my company call me but i didn't answer it because i already slept. Can company asking me to bear the responsibility for the lost of the client? Is there any 24 hours standby for every employee? Thanks for replying me.

In my opinion, if you have agreed to be put on 24 hours standby duties, then I should think you should honour your part of the deal by providing 24-hour support for the clients.
