Re: reimbursement claims

can we add"reimbursement" in the part of pay slip.
sometime our sales staffs will have some claims, likes - Entertainment claims, petrol claims...
normally, they will submit the claim at the end of the month.
can we just add the claims paid in their salary slip and pay together with their monthly salary?

for reimbursement claims, it should not contribute to pcb, epf & socso, am i right?
