If your salary is above RM1500, it's up to the management and the contract between you and the company.

ONE MORE THING IS IT TRUE FOR EMPLOYEE WORKING LESS THAN 1 YEAR NOT ENTITLE FOR AN ANNUAL LEAVE (PAID LEAVE) EVEN CONFIRMED AFTER 3 MONTHS (AFTER 1 YEAR ONLY ENTITITLE TO HAVE A PAID LEAVE)

No! The employee still entitle for the annual leaves but on 'pro-rata' basis. But usually employer waits for the employee to serve for one year.
If the employee worked less than 1 year (letak jawatan), the employer still have to pay to the employee the annual leave they entitled according to pro-rata basis.

Coming 3/Dec is Sultan birthday - public holiday for Selangor, and my company is located in Selangor. Due to there is event out there, management request us to work, from the exec level until manager level. They said this should be claim as normal OT. Management said this public holiday is not listed in company holiday 10days gadgets....

I just don't get it...

We are in Selangor and still don consider this day is holiday?
