I have a pregnant employee in the office and she is going to give birth either this month or next. She is working in my company for about a year. She took leave about 2 times a month and used all her annual leave. And after she is pregnant she has to take at least 2 days off (usually without mc) every week since a few months ago and this has interupted the work in the office. What can the company do? Can we terminate her?
