Re: Pregnant Employee

I have a pregnant employee in the office and she is going to give birth either this month or next. She is working in my company for about a year. She took leave about 2 times a month and used all her annual leave. And after she is pregnant she has to take at least 2 days off (usually without mc) every week since a few months ago and this has interupted the work in the office. What can the company do? Can we terminate her?

To Sarah: You better don't terminate her service because of that.

Sorry, if you really want to cari makan in the HR field, I think you have to brush up your knowledge of the law. Start by reading up the Employment Act 1955.
