Hi,
I've tender my resignation 21Oct 2010, under 2 months notice after deduct my 16days Annual leave, my last working day should be 25Nov, if my company refused to give me a Release Letter, can i leave after 25Nov?

You better have your annual leave balance properly sorted with your HR before you leave.

allow me further explain, my superior kept my resign letter, the said 25Nov last working day by HR when i asked, did i against labour law if i leave 26Nov?

If HR said the last working day to be 25th and you also said your last working day should be 25th, then go accordingly.
