Re: change working day

my company shutdown on 6 april 2010,, and change it into 27 nov 2010 (saturday-rest day) for the replace.. so, how about the employee that joining on june 2010..
is it consider OT or working days??

but the company decided to declared working as usual,, no OT, no compensation

He can complain to the Labour Office if he is really not happy about it. However, I would advise against it.
