Would appreciate if you can advise
If the letter of employment stated the the notice of termination of is 1 month by either side,
can an employer termninate the service of an employee by just giving the 1 month notice period without giving any reason ? The staff concern does not fall under the labour law.

What you want to do is what they call in legal term "termination simpliciter". You can find out more about termination simpliciter on the internet. I would let you do some research on it with an open mind. Google it.

Dear sir,

My factory is closing down because of no business. I have 15 workers whom have been working for me for many years. There,s no overdue of any salary, EPF , socso etc, infact I even paid them bonus before the closing. They reported me to Pejabat Tenaga Kerja and claim a substancial amount from my company. My company is Sdn Bhd, am I liable to pay them ? Since the company has no money and assets left , do the Directors liable to pay on the own ?
