Re: Tender resignation then do nothing at office

Hi, I've tender resign letter on the 3rd day I joint the company, I'm not able to pay 1 month salary in lieu to the company so I have to work 1 month as stated in the offer letter.

At this case, they wont train me and I was ask to sit there the whole day or ask to pick up some document they print for the rest 1 month.

Is that ok the company ask me to do so? Can I claim my medical fee & mc at this period?

Thank you.

Since you are not interested to work in the company, the company will surely not entrust you with any meaningful work. They just can't be bothered with you and I think that's natural. Medical claim is out but if you are really ill you can see the company panel doctor if there is one.
